Set up in 2026 by Darren Bentham of The AI Works, the group brings together AI practitioners from across Lancashire and beyond for a monthly get-together in Chorley. Whether you’re deep in the technical side of machine learning or you spend your days helping businesses understand and adopt AI, you’ll find plenty of like-minded people here.
What’s It All About?
Lancashire AI Professionals is a peer support group, which means there’s no agenda being pushed and no sales pitches. It’s simply a space where people who work in AI can share what they know, talk honestly about their experiences, and learn from each other. Each month we get together to talk about what’s new in the world of AI, share best practices, run demonstrations and have the kinds of conversations that don’t always happen in a typical working day. Sometimes that means a deep dive into a particular tool or technique. Sometimes it’s a lively discussion about where the industry is heading. It’s always worth showing up for.
