Overview During this workshop you’ll see some amazing working case studies that are bound to improve your business. From creating marketing strategies, to data processing, customer support, graphic design competitor analysis and predictive maintenance we'll show you which platforms are best suited for each task and the prompts we use to get the most out of them. All examples will be explained in plain English for the benefit of non-technical people, covering common uses for AI and ways AI can be used within your own business, allowing you to work faster, better and more efficiently. During the session we’ll look at various business roles that can be automated using AI technologies. We won’t be looking to replace humans within these roles, but will show you how you can supercharge what you do and work much more efficiently than you currently are. Job roles we will be demonstrating on the day using AI tools: ■ Business development management Learn how to research your competition, your own business, validate your price points and services and look for new opportunities. ■ Social media assistant How to plan a social media strategy, what to say and how to visualise it, and how to produce some banners and images you can post directly online to attract new business. ■ Marketing Manager We’ll demonstrate how to build and run a successful sales pipeline that will see repeat business. AI tools are a great way to market your own business without the need for an agency, and we’ll show you how. ■ Production maintenance engineer What would it mean if you could spot a machine failure before it happens? Using AI we can build a digital twin of any mechanical machine and alert when behaviour such as heat, vibrations, voltage etc changes. ■ Content writer Writing blog posts, product pages or press releases can be a time consuming and difficult task, but it doesn’t need to be. We’ll show you working examples you can use within your own business, whilst retaining your own voice and sounding natural. ■ Graphic designer Editing images takes time, skill and the right tools, but it doesn’t need to. On the session we’ll demonstrate examples where you can change images with no technical ability, just a bit of imagination and the right prompts Who should attend?
